• Cholesterol -lowering drugs
• Diabetes Medications
• Insulin

Prescriptions that May NOT be renewable

• A prescription with remaining refills
• Narcotics, pain medications, benzodiazepines, or any scheduled medication
• Some migraine or other episodic condition medication
• A prescription from a provider who you have not seen for the past 12 months
• Daily medication that was last used 45 days before your visit. 

An evaluation will be provided and a reviewing of medication history

• A prescription bottle for the medication you need to refill
