
Kelly Jean-Louis is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her bachelor’s degree from AdventHealth University in Orlando, FL, in 2009, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa, FL. She later completed a post-graduate degree at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
With over 9 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, Kelly has worked in hospice care, inpatient and outpatient medicine, and in-home primary care. She is deeply committed to helping patients find purpose and meaning in life, while improving their overall well-being and quality of life.
Kelly is the president of Metropolitan Social Services, a nonprofit organization where she volunteers her time to support individuals and families in need. Originally from Winter Park, FL, she now balances her professional life with her role as a devoted wife and mother of five children, including one with special needs. Her experience as both a caregiver and a clinician has shaped her compassionate, understanding approach to patient care.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading, traveling, dining out, and making memories with her family.

Dorian Williams-Parker is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida in 2008. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, and later obtained a post-graduate certification in Psychiatric Mental Health from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
Dorian has more than 8 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner coupled with 11 years' experience as a registered nurse. Dorian has provided care across diverse settings, including the VA medical center, in-home primary care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, hospice, and both inpatient and outpatient environments. She is deeply committed to helping individuals restore their physical and emotional well-being through compassionate, goal-focused care that enhances overall quality of life.
Dorian’s comprehensive clinical expertise and strong commitment to mental health reflect her dedication not only to her local community but also to the broader mission of advancing healthcare. She serves as the Chair of Mission Possible Women’s Empowerment, where she supports women in achieving both their personal and professional goals.
Originally from Orlando, Florida, Dorian remains actively engaged in community service, mentoring young women from middle school through high school and participating in local outreach efforts to feed those in need. She is a dedicated wife and mother of one, married to an active-duty army officer who manages the challenges of deployments and relocations while steadfastly supporting her husband and volunteering to strengthen her military community. Her faith in Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of her life. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys traveling, karaoke, and spending quality time with her family.
