Cash and Self-Pay Services
Self-Pay Pricing
- 20 Minute Sick Visit $65
- Lab Orders and Review (15-20 Minutes) $55
- 20 Minute STD Screening Visit $20 (lab fees billed by lab)
- Medication Refill $45 (10-15 minutes, non-controlled)
- We will confirm your total prior to your visit.
Lab Orders and Review
- We can place orders for basic annual labs i.e. CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, A!c, TSH
- Results are reviewed with you in a follow-up where we explain findings and next steps.
- Lab fees are billed by the lab and we will assist you in finding a convenient loaction.
- Continue care with the 20-minute follow-up as needed.
Payment Policy
- Payment must be submitted before the appoinment.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee.
- Receipts or superbills can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement.

Pricing for College Students
Medication refill policy for students allows a 30 day prescription refill up to twice per year and a 90 day prescription refill once per year for commonly prescribed medications when clinically appropriate.

- STD screening and treatment if needed $50 (labs billed separately)

Medications Eligible for Renewal
- Blood pressure medications
- Cholesterol-lowering medications
- Diabetes medications
- Insulin
Medications Not Eligible for Renewal
- Prescriptions that still have remaining refills
- Naracotics, pain meds, benzodiazepines, or any scheduled medcations
- Some migraine or other episodic condition medications
- Prescription from a provider you haven't see in the past 12 months
- Daily medication last used > 45 days before your visit
- WE DO NOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES IN THIS SERVICE.
